Karen Adams

karen aKaren is a Group Exercise instructor and a student of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has experienced the benefits Personal Training as a client and is now ready to help others acheive their goals. As a mother, and grandmother, Karen understands time management and can help you make exercise a priority.

 

Sue Nelson

sue nSue Nelson is a Personal Trainer at the West Salem Club. Sue has a Fitness Technology Certification and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has taught cardio, nutrition and fitness classes. Sue loves running, hiking, biking, rock climbing, and mountaineering. Helping other face challenges and meet goals motivates her. Sue is ready to help you meet your fitness and nutritional goals.

 

Stephen Carroll

stephen cStephen is the Head Personal Trainer at the West Club. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and is a certified Apex Fit Pro. Stephen has a degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics and was formerly a Fitness Coach at the Keizer and South Clubs. Stephen enjoys lifting weights and staying fit. His passion is to help others succeed. Stephen realizes that we all have struggles in the quest to stay fit.

Chris Olmstead

chris oChris Olmstead is a Personal Trainer at the Keizer Club. Chris is certified through the American Council on Exercise and is a student of NASM. Chris has been a Fitness Coach with the Courthouse Athletic Club for over 3 years.

Gaby Orlaineta

gaby oGabriela Orlaineta is a Personal Trainer at the Battle Creek Club. She received her certification through the American Council on Exercise and has been involved with fitness for over 20 years. Participating in many sports including bodybuilding, racquetball and soccer, she has a demonstrated commitment to fitness. Her passion for exercise and for maintaining a healthy lifestyle will help you meet your fitness and nutritional goals.

Richard Earle

richard eRichard is a Certified Personal Trainer through A.C.E. His many years of health and fitness experience include 3 years as Head Fitness Coach at our West Salem Club. Richard's diverse athletic background enhances his ability to help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals and improve their lives. Richard enjoys spending time with his family and competing in national caliber triathlon events. "Personal training is exactly what it is. I will develop a program based on your goals and level of fitness to help you become your best yet."

Amber McLean

amber mAmber has been with the Courthouse for three years and has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She has 14 years experience in coaching high school sports and led her softball team to the 2007 4A State Championship. Amber is committed to helping you achieve your own personal best.

Anna Stirrett

anna sAnna Stirrett is a Personal Trainer at the South River Rd. Club. Anna has a B.S. in Physical Education with a Minor in Health from Western Oregon University. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and she has been with the Courthouse Athletic Club for over 4 years. Anna also has experience with coaching basketball,volleyball and softball.

Sam McLean

sam mSam is a graduate of Ashmead College’s Fitness Trainer program and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He has worked with all manner of clientèle, from youth athletes to seniors, as well as a wide variety of special populations. A competitive powerlifter and Olympic-style weightlifter, Sam is an advocate for your inner athlete. With Sam alongside, nothing can stop you from reaching your full potential!

Matt Turnquist

matt tMatt is a personal trainer at the South River Road Club. He is certified through NASM. Previously, Matt was a Fitness Coach with the Courthouse. Matt is dedicated to his own fitness. He is passionate about exercising and maintaining healthy eating habits. Matt enjoys seeing his clients make progress toward their goals.

Heather Hoppman

heather hHeather is a Personal Trainer at the Battle Creek Club and a student of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been a life long athlete from elementary school through college. Heather's passion includes any thing active and especially anything outdoors. Heather became a Personal Trainer because she feels passionate about health and fitness and wants to help others achieve their personal goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, get healthy, prepare for an athletic event, or learn the best fitness regime for you personally, Heather is ready to help you be your best.

Chris Dubois

chris dChris DuBois is a Personal Trainer at the Lancaster Club. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Health. His experience includes 3 years as a collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach, over 9 years in the United States Marine Corps, and as an instructor for the Courthouse. Chris has worked with everyone from athletes, Marines, individuals with general fitness and weight loss goals to senior citizens, and he looks forward to helping you achieve the results you are looking for.

David Moreno

david mDavid is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports and Science Association.  David started his career as a Physical Therapy Aide and Personal Trainer in Klamath Falls.  He enjoys distance running and competes regularly at distances from 1 mile to the marathon.  David's passion is helping others achieve their own personal best from fitness and weight loss goals to maximizing athletic performance.

Drew Miller

drew mDrew is a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor at the West Salem Club. As a former college athlete, he understands how proper encouragement and motivation can inspire new heights of personal and physical achievement. He enjoys basketball and cycling and has far-fetched aspirations of becoming a professional Australian Rules Football player. Drew is committed to helping you achieve and maintain your fitness goals.

Karen Clifford

karen cKaren Clifford is the Head Personal Trainer at the Battle Creek Club. Karen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently pursuing her Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Karen is a busy Mother of three, a wife and a fitness professional, she makes her own health and fitness a priority even with her busy lifestyle. Karen's true passion is helping others reach their fitness and health goals and leading them to a healthier personal lifestyle that can be maintained for life!
