Being fast or quick is not something that is reserved for a select blessed few. It can be taught or trained.
Efficient movement patterns are critical to maximizing performance and minimizing injury. In a society where we spend most of our time sitting and compensating for injuries and growth spurts, weaknesses and imbalances are wired into our motor memory.
Courthouse performance Youth Team SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) training teaches proper movement mechanics and force production to correct and optimize jumping, running, cutting, and stopping techniques.
The result is a more efficient athlete ready and able to take on the challenge of competitive athletics.
- Specifically designed for motivating and engaging 7-13 year olds
- Flexible scheduling 2 times per week
- $110 a month
- Monday/Friday 6:30 – 7:30 West Club Gymnasium
- Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 – 8:00 Keizer Club Gymnasium
- Starting the week of January 25th, 2010
