What are your packages?

BASIC TRAINING

All of our personal training packages include our own Catalyst Nutrition menu plan, customized specifically to your goals and including foods you enjoy. Your Personal Trainer will also take measurements and test your body fat on a regular basis. Most importantly, your Personal Trainer will design a customized workout plan and take you through it step-by-step. You will develop good posture, good form while exercising and a good understanding of how to get the best results from every workout. Also included in your personal training package is a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. This is a very important tool for you and your Trainer. Your Trainer is essentially with you during all of your workouts, even when you are on your own. The monitor is programmed for your specific goals and where your fitness level is currently at, making sure that all of your effort put into your workouts is at the right intensity insuring results.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Advanced training builds on the skills and fitness gained from Basic Training. While it includes all of the nutrition and cardio coaching provided in Basic Training, with Advanced Training you are also paired up with another client with similar goals and fitness level. Advanced training adds even more intensity and energy to your personal training sessions, and brings a new energy to your workouts as well as increased results! Your Trainer will arrange all of this for you and you just may have a training buddy for times when you are not meeting with your trainer! As an added bonus, after three Advanced Training sessions, both participants earn a FREE training session. Essentially, train three sessions with a buddy and get one free.

TEAM TRAINING

We organize small groups of members (5 to 7), with similar goals and fitness levels, around scheduled, twice-per-week, one-hour training sessions. Team training is a great way to try out our personal training program. The workouts are motivating, fun and get results. You can check out Team Training as our guest FREE, and participate in the program for just $110 per month.

TEAM TRAINING ADVANCED

Many clients enjoy working out in a small group, but need extra attention to their nutrition and their cardio workouts. That is where Team Training Advance may be the right program for you. This program includes all of the great workouts in the Team Training plan, however also includes a 30 minute session once a week one-on-one with your Trainer as well as a personalized nutrition plan and cardio monitoring with a Polar Heart Rate monitor. This option is $230.00 a month.


How much is it?

All sessions are for 60 minutes Basic Training, Advanced Training and Team Training Advanced require a one time $99.00 set up fee for new clients. Team Training is exempt from the set-up fee. Both Basic Training and Advanced Training are the same per person:
