Team Training
What is it?
We organize small groups of members (5 to 7), with similar goals and fitness levels, around scheduled, twice-per-week, one-hour training sessions. Team training is a great way to try out our personal training program. The workouts are motivating, fun and get results. You can check out Team training as our guest FREE, and participate in the program for just $110 per month.
TEAM TRAINING ADVANCED
Many clients enjoy working out in a small group, but need extra attention to their nutrition and their cardio workouts. That is where Team Training Advance may be the right program for you. This program includes all of the great workouts in the Team Training plan, however also includes a 30 minute session once a week one-on-one with your Trainer as well as a personalized nutrition plan and cardio monitoring with a Polar Heart Rate monitor. This option is $230.00 a month, and a one time $99.00 set up fee.
