Time Changes! Pilates Express is moving to 9:30am
Pilates Express is an efficient, effective 30-minute, complete core workout utilizing the Classical Pilates order. Now you can combine Pilates with Yoga for a comprehensive 90 minute workout that can’t be beat. If you are looking for cardio, try the first half of Group Step before Pilates express for a potent 60 minute combo!
