Unlimited Tanning Special Guidelines
- This program allows the member to tan a maximum of once per day for a maximum of 20 minutes.
- The member must book in advance through our on-line reservation system.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The normal tanning charge will be assessed to the member's account for any reserved tanning sessions that they fail to use and fail to cancel at least four hours in advance.
- The charge for this tanning program will be discontinued at the end of the month in which the member provides written notice to cancel the program.
- Cost: one time* $25 registration fee. $19 per month. You must be on e-bill to participate in this program.
- Per Oregon law, you will be required to fill out a tanning questionnaire and waiver card before booking and tanning.
