Cardio Tennis Includes:
5-10 minute warm-up
45-50 minutes of Cardio Tennis Drills
5-10 minutes of Cool Down Drills
You will wear a heart rate monitor during the entire class. Your teaching professional will make sure each player reaches their individualized aerobic heart rate zone. We will use fast paced music to enhance your cardio tennis experience.
Cardio Tennis is a fee based program. Each class requires a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants. The cost is $10 per person per one hour session for 4 in a group. The cost is $8 per person if there are more than 4 in a session. You may register on a weekly basis.
