Why the Courthouse Athletic Club?

We provide:

How does it work?

  1. There is a $30 joining fee with a 12-Month commitment.
  2. Monthly dues rate varies depending on type of membership.
  3. The employer makes a monthly contribution equal to $5 per week for every week the employee exercises regularly.
  4. The Courthouse Athletic Club will award employer an annual rebate of $1 per week for every week the employee exercises regularly.
  5. The employer must maintain a minimum of five memberships on the account to be eligible for corporate benefits.

How do I keep my employees accountable?

  1. Employees must meet the minimum requirements for weekly exercise as defined by the American College of Sports Medicine to receive their dues contribution. Typically this is one hour of moderately intense exercise each week.
  2. Each employee is assessed by a certified Fitness Coach to determine his or her appropriate weekly minimum and to help set future goals.
  3. The Courthouse maintains a user-friendly computer system at each club called LEAP (Lifetime Exercise Adherence Program).
  4. After each exercise session, employees record their activity on the LEAP system. The employer receives a report at the end of each month stating which employees did and did not meet their minimum exercise criteria.

$30 Joining Fee

Corporate 12 requires that you maintain an active membership for a minimum of twelve months. Once the commitment period has been fulfilled, your membership will automatically convert to a Month-to-Month membership and continue with no additional joining fee. Commitment is waived if member is no longer employed with sponsoring company.

VALUE – All hours except 4pm-9pm Monday through Friday. No restrictions on weekends. Basic membership privileges at your designated home club. Use other athletic club locations for just $2 per visit.

BASIC – This membership includes unlimited usage at your designated home club. Use other athletic club locations for just $2 per visit.

PREMIUM – Our most popular membership, this includes use of all five athletic club locations in addition to special amenities: Towel Service, Guest Allowance, and Tanning Allowance.

  • Single $69
  • Couple $125
  • Family $154

TENNIS – This option allows use of the Tennis Center only. Use other athletic club locations for $6 per visit.

  • Single $65
  • Couple $130
  • Family $165

TOTAL SPORTS – This membership includes use of our Tennis Center in addition to Premium membership privileges. Special amenities available at athletic club locations only.

Dues paid by E-bill, a monthly bank draft program. Transfer of funds will take place on or after the 10th of each month. For Month-to-Month memberships, you may opt to add $5 per month and use another form of payment.

Family membership rate includes a maximum of two adults and one dependent child 24 years or under. Add $17 per month for each additional dependent child.

You may add family members or club services to your existing membership by paying an upgrade fee of $30 plus the appropriate monthly dues. There is no fee to downgrade members or services from your account.

Non-dependent or dependent children age 17 or under may be added to any membership type for $34 per month.

Youth Discount – Younger members age 24 and under receive $50 off the Month-to-Month joining fee and a $12 monthly discount per member when enrolled on Couple or Single memberships only.
